We are thankful to have found such a kind and understanding Support Person as Tevita. He has taken the time to really listen to what our Participant needs and goes above and beyond to best support them in ways that are meaningful and important to them. He was willing to learn new skills, attended training and asked how he can better himself in order to embrace the level and type of support our Son requires. He has really spent time getting to know our Son as a person, and learn how to communicate with him . This was important to us as our Son is Deaf and has Complex Mental Health Disabilities.
